General Scope of Work: - Execution Consultancy

1. Make sure execution work for internal & external shall be done as per design and as per IS standard specifications
2. Collecting required data & other inputs from client, architect & other service providers through attending meetings & site visits.
3. Analysis of these inputs in line with project & end user requirements for optimum design suggestions.
4. Planning of service area for electrical services, Low Voltage Services.
5. Preparation or making required changes in BOQ & Estimate for the same.
6. Pri-Bid Technical Discussion with Vendors.
7. Getting quotations from eligible vendors. Comparison of quotes with estimate.
8. Suggesting rating for vendors as per their setup & experience, to client for their evaluation.
9. Explaining all the drawings & working methods to vendors for smooth & quality work in schedule time.
10. Controlling the quality of work by time to time checks for every floor in four stages.
11. Standardized check list to improve the quality.
12. Visit Reports to rectify errors during commissioning of Transformers, Generators, Panels & Landscape electrical works execution.
13. Checking of material used on site as per the tender specifications.
14. Site inspections, quality check, control of material consumption.

General Scope of work for Electrical Safety Audit

1. Physical Inspection of plant with reference to applicable Indian Standards, Indian Electricity Rules. And other relevant codes of practice & identifying electrical hazards (Shocks, fire etc.)
2. Review of protection devices / systems of electrical installation..
3. Examination of adequacy of plan lightening protection system as per Indian standards.
4. Review of electrical accidents to identify root cause of the accidents.
5. To prReview of EPM (Electrical preventive Maintenance) programme in the plant & to examine the documentation, checklist, work permit, test records etc & to suggest recommendations as per standard.
6. To evaluate earthing systems (Installation & Maintenance) in the plant based on IS 3043 & to suggest recommendations.
7. To evaluate potential electrical fire hazards in the plant electrical installation & to suggest fire protection measures as per applicable standards.
8. Visit Reports to rectify errors with suggestions.
